These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Locavise (locavise.co) and its services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Locavise provides AI-powered tools for YouTube content, including title and description translation/localization, thumbnail (cover) generation and localization, vertical (Shorts) conversion, and video analysis. Features run on a credit system. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Features consume credits. Credits are provided through a monthly plan and/or additional purchases, as described on the site. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, consumed credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law (your statutory rights are reserved). Prices and plan details are shown on the site and may change; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. When online payment is enabled, it is handled by a third-party payment provider.
You agree not to use Locavise to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rights of others; not to misuse, overload, probe or attempt to disrupt the service; not to reverse engineer or copy the platform; and not to use generated outputs to develop a competing AI model.
You are responsible for the inputs you provide (prompts, uploaded images, links) and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to them. You grant Locavise a limited license to process your inputs solely in order to provide the service to you.
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for their final use, including ensuring they comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Locavise does not guarantee any particular result, performance or fitness for a specific purpose.
If you connect a YouTube channel, actions are performed only within the permissions you grant (for example, adding language-specific titles and descriptions). You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's policies. You can revoke access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how YouTube data is handled.
The service relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, OpenAI, Google and others). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Locavise platform, brand, design and software are owned by Locavise and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them other than the right to use the service as intended.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locavise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are not affected.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, by a notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and execution offices of Türkiye are competent for disputes — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
